As part of your vacation rental check-out instructions, all dishes should be washed before check-out.
Place all dirty & wet towels in the tub.
Leave beds unmade.
Place all trash in the large can on the side of the cabin and make sure it is latched.
Leave all furniture where you found it.
Television settings should be as they were when you arrived.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
Leave the heat or air set at a moderate temperature when departing.
Hot tub jets should be on the lowest setting, and the cover should be left on when not in use and before you leave the cabin.
Make sure the key is returned to the lock box and the code is scrambled.
STOP: Please double-check the entire home and property for any items you may have left behind. If something is left behind and you would like to have it shipped back to you, a $25.00 service fee (plus shipping) will be applied to handle this item on your behalf. Agents and Cleaners are not responsible for items left behind.
