Our cozy cabin retreat offers complimentary high-speed fiber internet to all our guests. While phone service can be challenging in the area, we recommend downloading a Wi-Fi Calling app to stay connected or activating any app provided by your carrier to enjoy your stay at our Helen GA cabin rentals.
SMOKING
This cozy cabin retreat is a non-smoking space. If you wish to smoke, please use the outside deck and ensure that you do not discard any butts on the property.

This home, one of the desirable Helen GA cabin rentals, features central heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is conveniently located in the hallway. Make yourself comfortable and remember to follow the check-out procedures for the required settings upon vacating.
FIRE SAFETY
At Haven Haus Vacations, we prioritize your safety in our cozy cabin retreat. Due to the ever-present risk of fire, we kindly request that you refrain from leaving candles burning or using any other type of open flame on the property. The abundance of natural debris and our cabin's proximity to the National Forest create a heightened risk of wildfires.
INSECTS
Insects are a natural part of the mountain environment surrounding our Helen GA cabin rentals. If you notice any insects during your stay, please know that this does not indicate a lack of cleanliness by our cleaners. Instead, it is a direct result of our cabin’s location near the forest. Weather changes can cause insects to be more active at different times of the year. Rest assured, the cabin is treated regularly for all types of insects. Therefore, do not be alarmed if you see dead insects in this cozy retreat—these are simply evidence that our exterminator has recently treated the home.
HOT TUB
Upon arrival at your cozy cabin retreat, set the hot tub temperature to your desired level (generally between 100 and 102 degrees). Always keep the cover on when not in use to help maintain the temperature setting. (More details provided on the Hot Tub page) Don't be alarmed at any sediment at the bottom of the tub, as all the hot tubs are filled with well water. Enjoy your stay at Haven Haus Vacations!
TRASH
We have provided a bear-proof trash can under the front steps of our Helen GA cabin rentals. Please ensure the can is latched securely and adequately. These are very effective against bears and other wildlife when secured.
Fire Pit
Enjoy the cozy cabin retreat with the fire pit provided. Please use extreme caution when building a fire, and ensure that wood sizes remain within the parameters of the fire pit for safety.
NOISE ORDINANCE
As you relax in our Haven Haus Vacations property, please be respectful of fellow guests enjoying their vacation time. Sounds can travel easily in the woods, so we ask that you honor quiet hours, beginning at 9 pm, to benefit neighboring owners and other guests in the Helen GA cabin rentals.
Television & Internet
The television in your cozy cabin retreat streams through fiber internet, with Sling TV available in the living room. You are welcome to log in to your favorite app, but please remember to log out before vacating the property. Also, refrain from removing remotes from individual rooms, as each is programmed for a specific television and is not interchangeable. Please do not alter TV input settings.
