Only with advanced prior approval. Our cleaners spend the evening before determining their route and supplies needed for the following morning. If you call us on the morning of checkout, you will incur a late checkout fee.

Haven Haus has one King-sized bed, two Queen-sized beds, and two TwinXL beds

At this time we do not allow pets on the property.

No, but we can recommend several good local places to get it from.

Haven Haus has a propane/gas grill. A spare tank is also provided

Yes, keep in mind you will be staying in the wooded mountains of North Georgia. There is plenty of wildlife. The wildlife you may encounter could be bears, possums, raccoons, or even small insects. There may be a spider in the cabin. Although we treat the property regularly, we are in their habitat.

Yes, Betty's Country Store in Helen is minutes away. Within 30 minutes are Clarksville and Cleveland with additional, larger stores  (Super Wal-Mart, Ingles, etc.)

This is a non-smoking cabin, if you smoke please go outside and never discard butts on the property. Always leave doors closed while smoking.

This cabin offers free high-speed fiber internet to our guests. Phone service can be challenging, so we recommend adding a Wi-Fi Calling app to your phone or activating the one provided by your carrier.
